Feasibility assessments and tools

Four ways to find out whether TMS or intraoperative neuromonitoring fits your practice, hospital, or surgery center before you sign a lease or stand up a program.

TMS Feasibility Assessment

$1,500–$3,000

Thinking about adding TMS therapy to your practice? Before you sign an equipment lease, find out whether the numbers work. We look at your patient base, payer mix, space, staffing and local competition, then give you a clear written report with projected volume, revenue, startup costs and break-even timeline. You’ll come away with a go or no-go recommendation and a step-by-step launch plan if it makes sense.

IONM Program Feasibility Assessment

$1,500–$3,000

For hospitals, surgery centers and surgeon groups deciding how to handle intraoperative neuromonitoring. We compare building an in-house program with outsourcing, covering case volume, staffing, equipment, credentialing, billing and risk. Delivered by a certified neuromonitoring professional (CNIM, R. EP T.) with hands-on experience at major hospital systems, the report shows what each option would cost, what it could earn, and which one fits your organization.

60-Minute Strategy Call

$250–$400

Not sure where to start? Book a one-on-one call to talk through your TMS or neuromonitoring questions with someone who’s done the work. Bring your situation and we’ll cover what’s realistic, what it would take, and what to watch out for. If you go on to book a full feasibility assessment within 30 days, the cost of the call is credited toward it.

TMS Startup ROI Calculator

$99–$199

A ready-to-use spreadsheet that shows whether TMS would pay off at your practice. Enter your expected patients, reimbursement rates, equipment and staffing costs, and it calculates monthly revenue, profit and your break-even point. It includes instructions and example scenarios, and you can download it right after purchase.

Prices are published ranges. The fee inside that range is confirmed before work starts. TMS planning draws on experience preparing a clinic launch; that clinic did not open, and these offerings are not a claim of having operated one. NeuroBridge does not diagnose patients or provide physician oversight.

The work

Where a technologist’s view is the missing piece

Hospitals, device teams, and investors often need someone who has run the case, not only read about it. NeuroBridge is that consulting practice: technical and operational help, scoped in writing, without crossing into diagnosis or physician oversight.

Infrastructure Gaps

  • A program is planned before the workflow, staffing, and SOPs exist
  • A device or software team needs the case flow checked by someone who monitors
  • An investor or expert network needs field context without confidential employer information
  • A psychiatry practice wants a TMS launch plan and does not have the operating details yet

Engagements are scoped before work starts. NeuroBridge does not provide medical diagnosis or physician oversight.

Why NeuroBridge

A practicing CNIM, consulting under his own name

The firm is Brandon Garrison’s umbrella for consulting, training, and ventures. It is not a physician group and it does not speak for any employer.

Dual ABRET certification

CNIM (Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring) and R. EP T. (Registered Evoked Potential Technologist).

Still in the operating room

A practicing IONM technologist, experienced in advanced and complex intraoperative neuromonitoring, including brain, spine, vascular, and peripheral-nerve surgery.

Program documents, not slogans

Feasibility reports, SOPs, training plans, equipment shortlists, and quality checks a hospital can actually use.

Medtech and investor calls

Workflow, usability, and staffing context for people building or evaluating IONM products and services.

A hard scope line

Technical and operational consulting only. No diagnosis, no treatment advice, and no physician oversight.

Who it’s for

Buyers who need operating-room context

Expert networks, medtech teams, hospitals, psychiatry practices, training programs, and CNIM candidates.

Expert networks and investors

Practitioner insight on IONM workflow, staffing, technology, and what the work looks like from the operating room.

Med-device and software teams

Workflow and usability reviews from someone who runs the modalities the product is meant to support.

Hospitals and surgical programs

Feasibility and build-out for new or expanding IONM services, including international and Caribbean programs.

Psychiatry and behavioral health

Feasibility and launch support for practices adding transcranial magnetic stimulation.

IONM teams and training programs

SOP packages, onboarding materials, and de-identified technical review. Not medical opinions.

CNIM candidates

Exam tutoring and question review for people preparing for CNIM certification.

How an engagement runs

Assess, build, then support the launch

Feasibility or a defined call comes first. Build-out and full launch packages are separate scopes. Physician oversight is never part of the scope.

01

Assess

Review volume, case mix, staffing, equipment, and workflow against the goal of the call, product, or program. Feasibility comes before a build-out or a full TMS launch.

02

Build

Write the SOPs, workflow, training plan, equipment shortlist, and quality checks the engagement calls for. Materials for a client are scoped to that client.

03

Launch support

Support training, technical review, and the first operating period. Physician interpretation stays with a licensed physician. NeuroBridge does not provide it.

Ventures

Connectome.news and FOCUS

NeuroBridge is also the home for a neuroscience news platform and an early device concept. Neither is a client result.

Live

Connectome.news

Media and research arm

Connectome.news is a neuroscience discovery and news platform. It is NeuroBridge’s media and research arm, separate from client consulting.

In development

FOCUS

Functional Ocular Control Unit System

FOCUS is a clinician-originated concept, at prototype stage, for intraoperative visual evoked potential stimulation under the eyelid during skull-base and orbital surgery. It is in development.

Reviews, build-outs, training, and team support

Expert calls, product reviews, program build-out, training packages, de-identified technical review, CNIM exam tutoring, and secondary support for IONM teams.

IONM expert consulting

Advisory calls on operating-room workflow, coordination with surgery and anesthesia, in-house versus outsourced models, technologist staffing and training, equipment and software usability, and reimbursement pressure as seen from the field. Confidential information about a current or former employer is out of scope.

Starting at $150/hr

Device and software product reviews

A walkthrough of a device or software workflow against a real case flow, with a written note of the main risks and follow-up time with the team building it.

Starting at $750

IONM program build-out

For hospitals that have completed a feasibility assessment. Standard operating procedures, workflow, a training plan, vendor selection, a quality-assurance framework, and launch support.

Starting at $3,000/month

Training and SOP packages

A module, an onboarding pack, or a competency checklist for an IONM team, hospital, or training program. Built from general professional knowledge, not from an employer’s materials.
